In this episode of PPOTE we are blessed to have with us once more, Kveldrida, and his Brother, Jeffe. We decide to tackle the ideas involving those characters in the community often refered to as Playgans or Posers, Hot Topic Pagans or Fluffy Bunnies. Just what is it about these folks that bring out so much negative commentary. Are they actually a part of the Pagan community and what might they be getting from their experience. We discuss our thoughts on why they draw such a visceral response from some and none from others. This conversation ranged all around and at several points I thought it was over then some other good point would be made and the show would go on. As such I wondered in the editing that the show might seem a bit disjointed or fragmented but it came together as a whole in the end I think. Let us know what you think. There were also a number of editing issues which I tried to fix in the post-production but am not sure how well I did. With four people it’s difficult to get the mike setup in just the right way so it is what it is.

In the “What Does Fox Do” segment we get to see that Fox sometimes just drops the ball. I was supremely unprepared for this episode and felt like I had been caught a bit flat-footed when the segment came around so I simply fell back on Podcast listening as a thing I do. Lame, right, but it made a great segue into,,,,,

“Podcast of the Week” which is “New World Witchery”. In the episode I discuss they did a great examination of various aspects of the Trickster God ideology. It was this episode that inspired me to post that story about Fox and Coyote on FaceBook. They do a great job on this show and I do indeed reccommend it.

Belatine is rapidly approaching and with it the start of camping season (we do all year-round here but ,,,) Arrowind and Foxfire will be presenters at the Mountain Mysteries Manifestations Beltaine campout and we are quite looking forward to that. You should pull yourself up, if you are so inclined, and get yourself some of that outdoors Pagan campout experience if you can. There’s nothing quite like it. I hope that this show finds everybody well and enjoying themselves and the world around them.

In this episode of Pagan Parents on the Edge, Arrowind and Foxfire jump into a random conversation that touches on the topics of compassion and hope, parenting and relationships with our children, and our experiences in scouting. Yes, kind of random, but we do manage to tie the whole thing together. We talk about the ways that we communicate these ideas from both a personal and a societal viewpoint. We respond to a recent listener email by relating the experiences of Thunderwolf and Fox with local scouting, hoping that by sharing our experiences, we can provide an opportunity for other parents to benefit from them. Trust us, there is a point in the long run.

In the segment, ‘What Does Fox Do?”, he talks about medtiation and how he ties in his relationship to the music in his life as a tool to expand consiousness. We also discuss briefly the topic of stereomancy. Guess you’ll just have to listen to find out what that is.

In an unprecedented ‘Podcast of the Week’, we not only do a fresh, young show, but we do the second episode basically back to back with the last ‘Podcast of the Week’, Digging Nordic Roots. Where last episode we featured their first show, this episode we feature the second. If you can’t tell, we hear at PPOTE are really excited about Digging Nordic Roots. Check it out, you might be as well.

We’re so very happy to see that so many listeners have stayed with us despite our long break and our current only semi-reliable schedule. So we hope you’re sticking together as the community that we all know and love, and like we said in the show, showing a little compassion with each other, at we least we HOPE so.

On this episode of PPOTE Arrowind and Fox discuss how our inevitable interaction with technology effects our Pagan leanings. Arrowind, with her higher level of technical ability (higher than Fox’s anyways), takes one part of the discussion and Fox, with his mild technophobia, takes the other. It’s not quite that cut and dry and we cover several aspects of this intriguing subject: technology as Magic, as a spiritual component, and even as the divine itself. As with many topics he’s passionate about, Fox occasionally struggles to get his ideas across and rest assured that this episode is no exception. Fox’s thoughts on this issue are mostly only partially expressed here and he could have gone on for hours.

In “Arrowind’s, As Of Yet Unnamed Segment” She reads from Macbeth and treats us to her take on the witches in the cave scene. Fox loves that bit as well and it does kind of break the seriousness of the rest of the show a bit. Won’t someone write and help name Arrowind’s segment? Someone?

This episode has Fox actually talking about something he doesn’t do in the “What Does Fox Do” segment. He talks a little further about a few of his perceptions regarding technology, computers, their magical components, and the respect he has for those for which such things, as that durn computer machine, come naturally.

The “Podcast of the Week” is “Digging Nordic Roots” with it’s hosts Kari Tauring and Jane Hansen (cool how I worked their names into the show notes when I forgot them during the show). They did such a great job on their inaugural episode that Fox couldn’t help talking about them. I usually don’t do such a newly released show as it drives me a little nuts when I feature a show during “POTW” and they either disappear or change radically shortly after I’ve done so. I do hope that this won’t be the case with this show as I am looking forward to many more episodes.

Well thanks to leap year and it’s extra day in February we have fulfilled our promise of getting out two episodes this month to make up for missing January. Fox has been having some issues with the scar tissue (not really noticeable) around his lips drying out this winter and because of that he might occasionally sound a little slurry and drunk. I mean I had had a few but it really wasn’t like that. I just having to relearn how to speak around some new experiences. I’ll take it over cancer any day. The weather around here has been it’s usual wonky February self and so there’s been a sniffle or two but nothing too bad. Hope everything is well for you and that the bad weather and illness’ that go along with it have skipped your house.

In this episode Arrowind and Fox, inspired by a listener suggestion, talk about their perception of body image. They talk about the internal and external images they have of themselves and the world around them. We talk a bit about how we help the kids experience their own interpretations of these issues. As we travel along another change in heath oriented mindsets we compare some of that as well as a look at some of our artistic backgrounds as they relate to image. It was a quick discussion but we talked pretty fst and got a lot in.

In “What Would Fox Do?” He shares the joy of our Imbolc fire and some of his ideas therein. Fox truly believes that the simple making and “of being responsible” towards this entity is a wondeful bit of sacred magic that is sometimes taken for granted, even by himself.

The “Podcast of the Week” is a bit off the Pagan reservation and into Fox’s semi-covert love affair with zombie apocalyptic fiction. A great radio Dude, Alfredo Torres, doe “Torres vs Zombies” It’s a goldmine for zombie fans and just intertaining, informative (yes I said it), and funny. We get to talk about our trip to Arrowinds first Sci-Fi convention and how I found this show. Good times.

Yeah we missed January, like we said in the show “unprepared” We hope everybody is riding out the cold season with a measure of personal warmth.

Well, well, just in time to keep saying once a month. The season has basically run all over us this year at the PPOTE household and there has been precious little time for editing during all the rushing about. Don’t get me wrong, it’s been a wonderful Christmas/Yule here and now that it’s over I’ve been able to get the show up and running again. Enjoy!

In this Yule episode We are blessed to have Arrowind’s Brother Evaldi with us to talk about some of our ideas invloved in defending our faith. It all started out in an inspiring email from our listener Christine about defending our positions on Santa Claus. I should point out that our show is unscriptted (sometimes to Arrowinds chagrin) and as usual this episode quickly took on a life and form of it’s own moving beyond the boundries of the idea of defending a belief in Santa Claus to ideas gathered around simply defending our faith. We talk about some ideas of faith and what it might be and represent. And we talk about whether or not we even need or desire to make a defense of faith. It’s the Yule season and Santa swings in and out of the conversation but really wasn’t what I expected when we sat down to begin recording.

In “What Does Fox Do?” He talks about a Santa connected manifestation He refers to as ”The Northern Shaman” and how that person and his energies are related Yule and Santa. This is just a small glimpse into one of the deeper levels of Fox’s connection to the Santa as I don’t think he could explain it all during one show or even a series of them. Hmmmmm an idea there

In Arrowinds “As of Yet Unamed Segmnet” This week named “ARROW HITS THE MARK” by her brother Evaldi, she reads from Dorothy Morrison’s book YULE a Celebration of Light and Warmth. The poam is about the yle log and we talk about a few of ideas on the subject.

The “Podcast of the Week” is a return to an old favorite “The Ipod Witch” with it’s host Brook. Simple and down homey I just love this show and it never ceases to bring me back down to earth on days when I might be otherwise inclinded. We just love Brook around here at the PPOTE household and Fox thinks you will as well.

Now that the Christmas rush is over, Yule Solstice has passed and there’s little left but the celebrations of the turning of the Gregorian calendar I wonder what this next year will bring for us all. Are we going to reach a wonderous paradigm shift in human conscieneness or will zombies over run the planet?!? Just kidding. With all 2012 stuff in the air I couldn’t help it. I hope everbodies year is filled to the brim with all the love, light and laughter, they can handle.

<itunes:summary>Well, well, just in time to keep saying once a month. The season has basically run all over us this year at the PPOTE household and there has been precious little time for editing during all the rushing about. Don't get me wrong, it's been a wonderful Christmas/Yule here and now that it's over I've been able to get the show up and running again. Enjoy!ŠIn this Yule episode We are blessed to have Arrowind's Brother Evaldi with us to talk about some of our ideas invloved in defending our faith. It all started out in an inspiring email from our listener Christine about defending our positions on Santa Claus. I should point out that our show is unscriptted (sometimes to Arrowinds chagrin) and as usual this episode quickly took on a life and form of it's own moving beyond the boundries of the idea of defending a belief in Santa Claus to ideas gathered around simply defending our faith. We talk about some ideas of faith and what it might be and represent. And we talk about whether or not we even need or desire to make a defense of faith. It's the Yule season and Santa swings in and out of the conversation but really wasn't what I expected when we sat down to begin recording. In "What Does Fox Do?" He talks about a Santa connected manifestation He refers to asŠ"The Northern Shaman" and how that person and his energies are related Yule and Santa. This is just a small glimpse into one of the deeper levels of Fox's connection to theŠSanta as I don't think he could explain it all during one show or even a series of them. Hmmmmm an idea there ;-)ŠIn Arrowinds "As ofŠYet Unamed Segmnet" This week named "ARROW HITS THE MARK" by her brother Evaldi, she readsŠfrom Dorothy Morrison's book YULE a Celebration of Light and Warmth. The poam is about the yle log and we talk about a few of ideas on the subject.ŠThe "Podcast of the Week" is a return to an old favorite "The Ipod Witch" with it's host Brook.

In this episode of PPOTE Fox and Arrowind explore the power of the spoken word. We read a few selections of poetry from Fox’s favorites poets, Gibrahn and Frost, and spend time with each dissecting what the words and images bring to mind as related to our pagan experience. We discuss the power that words have when used in ritual, prayer, and in our everday thoughts. I really enjoyed doing this one as the level of conversation was just right, not to deep but deep enough. In one instance Fox, once again, gives away a little bit about just how differently he see’s the world.

In Arrowind’s “As of yet Unnamed Segment” She talks a bit about the four powers, an excellent collection of metaspiritual suggestions for the pusuit of the betterment of being.

“What Does Fox Do?” focuses on how he uses the power of words with consideration to rythmn, rhyme, meter, and content to create extrenal and internal magical spaces. He talks about ritual, prayer, and even how the careful consideration of the words we use to define how we think in an everyday mundane way also defines who and what we are on several levels.

The “Podcast of the Week” this episode is “Pagan Chaos Magic” With it’s host Kia Dragon. Kia is a friend of the show and someone for whom we hold a special place in our hearts (esecially Fox as there is that whole fatherhood thing going) Kia has been absent from the podioverse for a while and it was great to hear him back again. The show’s experientiality is something that Fox thinks is wonderful and not only one of the reasons he listens to the show but one of the reasons he thinks you should give it a try as well.

In the housecleaning segement (you know at the end of the show where we give out all that boring contact information stuff) Fox had a bit of a “light-bulb” moment and has put out the challenge to our listens to come up with a name for Arrowind’s “As of Yet Unnamed Segment”. Drop us a line and let us know if you have any ideas. We would love to hear them.

The speeding up of what is one of the busiest seasons of the year around the PPOTE household seems to have reduced the show schedule to a one a month kind of thing. There are also issues in the background and we have been contemplating where to go with the show. We are going to stay with the same format but have begun to reconsider hosters, exposures, and a variety of other ideas including, perhaps, a book based on the things we’ve discussed at length with you listeners. We’ll keep everyone informed as we wouldn’t want to leave anybody behind as we begin to explore new ground.

Yule is just around the corner and with it usually comes that show dedicated to the season and the inevitable mention of the “Jolly One” himself. The family coven is begining to change and reframe some of ideas of Santa as we move the kids from the vaguely commercial belief to a more Shamanistic approach. I don’t think Santa is hanging around car dealerships selling cars, more likely hanging around our hearts giving love and generosity. I hope Yule isn’t spoiled for anyone by the commercial mainstreamism of the day and that we remember to let the new light into our hearts and souls this season and have the love and generosity to spread it around to everyone around us.

In this episode of PPOTE, Arrowind and Foxfire reach deeply into our own personal experiences to talk about spirit encounters that we have had. That’s right folks, we tell ghost stories. The personal and somewhat nebulous nature of these events make it difficult to define them in very precise ways. As such, Foxfire and Arrowind do a fair amount of verbal stumbling as we attempt to communicate the essence of these experiences.

In this episode’s edition of ‘What Does Fox Do?’ he talks about his relationship to his books. Research is very important to Fox because, as he describes, some types of information are just not readily available to him from a mental standpoint.

In Arrowind’s ‘As of Yet Unnamed Segment’, she reads from The Crone’s Book of Words by Valerie Worth. The selection is the spell ‘To Free a House from Haunting’. She points out the importance of incorporating rhythm and rhyme as a way of focusing and increasing the power of spellwork.

The Podcast of the Week this episode is ‘The Shaman’s Brew’ with its host Marcus Leader. Marcus is former student of Carlos Castaneda and as such is full of fascinating information. He is also a friend of PPOTE and a much respected supporter. Currently you can listen to selected back episodes of PPOTE on his show, as he prepares for a new chapter in ‘The Shaman’s Brew’.

In the end of the show, Foxfire and Arrowind dedicate it to our friend Chamberwolf. It’s a bit of an emotional moment for us since he was a dear friend who has now passed beyond the veil.

There has been an odd bit of energy floating about the air in our group of friends. It seems to be suppressing everyone’s spirit this year. Perhaps it is just a reflection of the energies about us as they turn inward and become darker. We do so hope that you are having a Happy Halloween and a Blessed Samhain wherever you are and however you may perceive and celebrate the season.

Better late than never, this episode manages to make it to air despite the business of our schedule. In this show, Foxfire and Arrowind ramble around through various ideas we associate with the season of Mabon. We discuss how experiences from our childhood have shaped those ideas, and talk about how we have learned from doing rituals designed for children. We explore our ideas of the second harvest and with Yule right around the corner, Fox can’t help but talk about some of his connections to Santa Claus, aka the Northern Shaman.

In Arrowind’s still as of yet unnamed segment, she reads a passage from a book by Z. Budapest, The Grandmother of Time. It focuses on the aspect of the Goddess as the Muse, bringing inspiration at the changing of the season.

In What Does Fox Do?, he discusses his work with charms, amulets, and talismans. Fox describes several of these that are very special to him, and how he incorporates them into his metaspiritual practice.

The Podcast of the Week for this episode is The Spiral Dance with Hawthorne. This is a great seasonally oriented show with wonderful music and a plethora of fascinating, insightful, and helpful information to pagans. Hawthorne produces his show weekly and we have no idea how he does it while managing to maintain a caliber that never fails to impress.

The show continues to struggle with varying technical issues and because of this over the next couple of months we will be taking a serious look at how we plan to continue to move forward. We may be archiving episodes and recording past episodes to disc with idea of in some way marketing them. But never fear, we are on a roll and we plan to continue. We hope that you can find your roll and keep the good things in your life going forward in the best ways possible.

In this episode, Arrowind and Foxfire discuss the role of emotions as they play a part in our pagan experience. They talk about being responsible for our emotional states as pagans, the role of emotion in ritual, both as a powerful ally and a detrimental force, and share some personal revelations about dealing with emotions in their lives. In a community, sometimes ruled by the passions and powerful emotions, this episode may perhaps give the listeners a new set of tools for understanding and managing these often overwhelming issues.

Fox continues the discussion in his segment, “What Does Fox Do” by describing some of his personal methods for generating and controlling emotional states as a part of his metaspiritual and metaphysical practices. This is good stuff, folks, and is perhaps something we should all think about.

In Arrowind’s segment, yet to be named, she reads a selection from The Prophet which speaks directly to the issue of emotions and balance.

The Podcast of the Week this episode is “The Magick Jukebox” with its host David Banach. All the wonderful information out there in the podcast world aside, sometimes you just want to listen to some music, just some music. “The Magick Jukebox” provides this. Fox is loving this podcast and if you just need a musical break, he thinks you will love it too.

It’s been a heck of a month around here, with the arrival of Earth, Wind and Fire, the re-starting of homeschooling, and preparations for attending an upcoming pagan festival, but we here at the PPOTE household are thankful that things aren’t any more chaotic than they are. The Northeast has been hammered repeatedly by one record-setting disaster after another it seems. The rain doesn’t seem to stop and more than one person that we know has been directly affected by the floods. We hope for the best for everybody, and hope that everyone will remember that as Pagans, despite perhaps our differences in views, we are still a community. Hopefully everyone in the community is there for everyone else to lean on in times of trouble if it is needed. Here’s a quote from one of Fox’s favorite movies, The Crow: “It can’t rain all the time.” I certainly hope that this is true in more ways than one.

In this episode, Arrowind and Foxfire talk about the ideas of sacrifice and offerings. We talk about some of the sacrifices and offerings we had made in our own pagan experience, and some of our ideas of what sacrifices and offerings mean in general to the pagan community at large. Topics include evolution of sacrifices, including animal sacrifice, and the exchanging of energies in these acts. We here at PPOTE, considering the time and effort that we take to put into the show, think of the podcast as our offering to our listeners. By putting ourselves out there we like to think that we create an atmosphere of open dialogue about these types of pagan topics.

This week in “What Does Fox Do?”, Fox temporarily loses his mind and responds with the mentality of a five year old. “I like color, mmmK. I like red. mmmK Color is good, you should get some.” There, now I’ve summed up the WDFD segment and you can skip it if you like and if you haven’t figured it out, it is about Fox’s association with color magic.

The Podcast of the Week for this episode is The Pagan Homesteader with its host Rhianna Stone. In this show Rhianna discusses many topics involved in attempting to leave the Grid, a topic that strikes to the hearts of many pagans, including Fox. In her most recent episode, she reads a selection from the publication Foxfire about the lives of a simpler time. Wow, I really loved that.

This episode Fox is surprised by the unveiling of Arrowind’s poetic talents. She is published you know, and she reads to us one of her own compositions, a poem entitled “Odin’s Sonnet”.

The show is a little late this week due to the distractions of Hurricane Irene. We rode the storm out very well here, despite the local media’s attempt to make it seem as if Armageddon had commenced. It became a bit of a local joke that Irene was not that big a deal where we live, and we were stunned to see just how devastating it became in the Northeast. We do hope that our listeners in those areas were able to ride it out well, and if not, we pray for the best for them. As pagans, I like to think that our connection to the natural world around us makes us more aware and prepared for events such as this. I wish it could be so for everyone.

Blessed Be,
Foxfire

In this episode, Arrowind and Foxfire take a turn at discussing our relationship with the classical arrangements of the elements and spirit. We talk about how we experience the elements in the world and how that affects our understanding of them on a spiritual and magical level. We make mud pies, we swim around a bit, take a deep breath and try not to burn ourselves.

Podcast of the week is Another Pagan Podcast with its hosts Scott, Dawn and Teresa, focusing on their recent episode dealing with pets, familiars and spirit guides. Of course Fox has opinions about these things (Fire Sign) as he does about everything else. This is a fantastic podcast from an experiential level with great factual information mixed in. We highly recommend it.

In the segment “What Does Fox Do?” Fox talks about his life-long innate ability to talk with the animals, perhaps a little Dr. Dolittleish, but sometimes it just feels that way. We talk about how an ability to communicate with animals sometimes leads to a broader understanding of the world around us.

Well, we seem to be getting back on track, with three episodes in a row now. We hope that everybody is enjoying this. Once again, in the vein of faking it until you make it, or at least just having the persistence to keep going, we have found ourselves really enjoying doing the show again. It really feels good to be back. Stand back for a moment and take a look around yourself and see if there is anything that you are not doing that you want to be doing, and remember the joy that it brought you when you were doing it. Perhaps that will give you the impetus to move forward in something that is special to you as well.

Blessed Be,

In this episode Fox and Arrowind discuss how we deal with interacting in public through our Pagan identities, especially those of our children. After an interesting email we received on the struggles of a Pagan parent we decide to talk about the issues of how our children recognize and express their Paganism amongst the public at large. We meander around several ideas and situations that we’ve had about how to prepare our children for being a public Pagan. We also talk about the idea of raising closeted Pagan children. This is an incredibly complicated issue and while we aren’t by any means attempting to say “This is how you do it.” We believe that just getting the conversation out there might help anyone facing the decisions involved in this issue.

In this episodes “What Does Fox Do” segment Fox describes some of the healing exercises he reintergrated into his life to deal with his current medical issues. He discusses where these ideas came from and how he has applied them lately. We also touch briefly on Arrowinds application of Reiki upon Fox’s problems and some of the interesting results.

This show also sees the return of “Podcast of the Week” although Fox has decided to feature specific episodes of show rather than whole shows at large. I hope that this will lead even more people into a broader array of Pagan podcasts by pointing out what Fox thinks are exemplary ideas and topics presented by other podcasters. This week The PotW is “The Infinite and the Beyond” with host Chris Orapello. In the episode he talks about some of Fox’s favorite subjects; Conspiracy Theories and those Occult Nazi’s. Chris does his usual fantastic job and my hats off to him for another well thought out and captivating episode.

We are still struggling with some issues from our hoster so there may be some oddities about the physical face of the show until these are solved. Hang tight with us and we’ll be doing our best to sort them out. For now just keep this idea in mind which I passed to a dear friend the other day; Tomorrow will come, it will be what it will be, brace yourself with love ,,,

They discuss how Santa keeps things wonderful and talk about how we have been raising our children to have an ongoing yet reasonable belief in the Jolly One.

Welcome back to the show ! In this episode Foxfire and Arrowind talk about how it’s hard to keep the various meanings of the season during these times of consant inundation by large distractions. They discuss how they use their spirituality to keep them grounded as the media and other inputs scream out contradicting messages of buying and indulging. Especially during the holidays. Dropping his guard a bit Fox reveals some of the new medical issues confronting and distracting the PPOTE house at the moment. Fox also discuss’ some of his concerns about the medical system “at large”, thank the Goddess Arrowind is always there to keep him grounded.

We’ve decided to replace “Podcast of the Week” with a new segment called “What Does Fox Do?”. In this episode Fox describes how he uses his ability to see the world in different ways to reveal signs and make some decisions based on currents he percieves in the natural world around him. Hope everyone enjoys this. Let me know how you all feel about it.

Last month was a handful, what with the dual diagnosis of diabetes and cancer. It has stalled the show once again and is the main reason why we’re late. Hopefully we will get back on track. Coming up with topics and recording the show haven’t been as hard as finding the time to edit it lately. Homeschooling just keeps me hopping. Busy, busy, busy I guess.

It’s that very special season again and I fervently hope that in this season of joy, hope and love we can spare a bit for everyone around us. The Yuletide can be a dark, introversion or a time of bright sharing. We’re the best spiritual community in the world (imho) and I think our love can be a beacon of exemplary behavior for everyone. Live with those around you as you would want them to live with you. Perhaps thats a niave hope. But I believe in it !

Upon receiving an inspiring e-mail from one of the shows listeners Fox and Arrowind tackle the subject of the nature of evil entities. They are joined once again by Kveldrida and Oni from Pagan Spirituality Today as they range all over the ideas inherent in what constitutes evil and the entities that may or may not be attached to that label. This is a huge topic and we run off on several tangents including a ghost story and what is evil from several perspectives. Like I said, huge topis and, of course one of those that the answers vary dependent on experiential circumstance. Toward the end of the show we run on a bit about some of the issues we feel are problematic in the “Pagan community at large” but we do bring it back around.

There’s no Podcast of the week this episode and because of his new listening habits Fox is considering dropping the segment all together. Never fear I’ve been thinking of replacing it with a segment that focus’ more on my actual practice. A sort of “What does Fox do?” Kind of thing. Let me know what you all think of this idea. There are some hesitations around opening up in this manner but I tend to be a fairly open guy.

Arrowind ha sbeen busy at work and the homeschooling enviroment has been keeping Fox on his toes so we’ve missed several chances to camp out among friends. Despite that spirits are high as we ease into one of our favorite times of year, namely Samhain. I totally hope that everybody enjoys themselves. If we don’t manage to get a show out before the holiday here’s some advice to go on,,,,,,, Don’t take any wooden candy, Don’t rude to the wanderers in the night (one never does know does one) and don’t do anything I wouldn’t do ,,,,, hmmm ,,,,,

At last! After a month of various technical problems we finally can post the show recorded about a month ago. Sorry for the delay folks, you know, “Computers. Can’t live with ‘em. Can’t afford to trash them the minute they start messing up!” Oh well enough of this rant ,,,

In this show Fox and Arrowind kick off a conversation loosely based around their ideas about Animism by talking about a few of the spiritual connections between them and their pets. We talk about pets as familiars and then move on to discussions about the spirit we see in many things. We are all made of the same “star stuff” and if we respect the spirit in even the inanimate things in our lives I just tend to think things run smoother all around. If we respect that which is around us it also seems to make it easier to love and respect ourselves. I think.

There is no Podcast of the Week this week as we used the time to remember the late, great Issac Bonewitts. Issac was more than just a mentor, he was a figurehead. I think he will always be remembered in much the same way that many of the other founders of alternative spirituality have been. I certainly will bear his teachings and good humor through my life and will always be grateful. Thank You Issac, May your journey be all that you ever wanted.

Fox has been kind of isolated lately and has been feeling the pressures of being a stay at home Dad and homeschool educator. I haven’t been out much or seen many friends. It just goes that way sometimes. But I remember that they are indeed there as I, even in my weird state of mind, am there for them. The cold winter months are approaching. Lets keep each other warm in the embraces of our friendships and our community can be a beacon in the dark world of just how wonderful a community of friends can be.

It is just so that once again, after hearing it said one time to many for his taste, Fox has decided to stick up for the underdog opinion. In this episode Fox and Arrowind discuss the why’s and wherefores of how music fits into their Pagan experience. They talk about why they think Pagan music does not suck and varying ways of interpreting music through a Pagan lense. Arrowind’s idea was going to be a “this is who we like and why” kind of an episode but it was to big of an idea for that it seems. We range and ramble all over the musical spectrum. We do talk a bit about who we like but also cover ground in the areas of music in ritual, music as offering, and music as mystical experience.

The Podcast of the Week is Pagan Chaos Magic with Kia Dragon. On catching up with my podcast listening I was reminded why I love this show so much. Check it out you might to.

The Summer is sweltering, life is tearing along, and, as usual, it’s a race to keep the show to some kind of schedule. We’re doing the best we can considering all the background noise. We here at the show got a tremendous offer from the host of The Shamans Brew (a great show by the way) and I totally looked at it as, perhaps, a shoulder to lean on. Thank you so Marcus. If we can all be there for each other to lean on ,,,,, well, how great would we be then as a community. Take care and be there.

In this episode we are once again blessed to have Kveldrida and Oni from Pagan Spirituality Today with us as we discuss the ideas of karma and giving. We open with a passage from “The Prophet” by Kahlil Gibrahn and expand from there into a variety of ideas on how karma may or may not affect our lives. Connecting that to some ideas about giving and generousity we further the conversation into the realm of how we think giving is interpreted by both ourselves and karma. It was an adult beverage night and the ideas ramble as well as come and go quickly. I must say that several of the comments are still with me and may yet have a profound effect on how I view this subject.

Last episode Kveldrida kindly spoofed our show during Podcast of the Week and in this show Arrowind returns the favor. There is, as you will learn, actually no real Pagan Spirituality Tomorrow show, but it was fun anyways. On the next episode I promise to return to a much more serious Podcast of the Week.

It’s been a dizzyingly busy time recently, what with helping our friends move, trying to make decisions about life, dealing with work, and all the twists and turns life has been throwing at us lately. Technical issues have been confounding the editting of the show and schedules are tossing and turning. With that said I am ever thankful for the shoulders of my friends who are there when I need them. Likewise I try to be there when I can. This appeared out of the blue in my head recently and I posted it to my Facebook page ” When in doubt give, give until it hurts, give until it feels better, give until you are empty, then give some more.” Easier to say than to live by but if we can do our best for each other what wonderful world it would be. Take care of each other everyone.

What a wonderful circumstance that we have been reunited with Kveldrida and Oni. after years of living on opposite coasts, we take this opportunity to do a combo-cast with Pagan Spirituality Today. Citing the huge changes in Kveldrida’s and Oni’s lives mixed with some commentary on the changes in our own lives we address the issues of change and how and why we make the decisions we do. Are our directions a matter of fate or do we make the free choices that steer our lives. We examine this issue from a variety of angles and definitions while deciding that (as I often say) just the decision to have deep conversations are a major part whats really important. It’s been so much fun doing this and now that our dear friends are so much closer we will be doing several shows this season together.

As spoof (and on our own show no less) Kveldrida does our show as podcast of the week. It may have seemed a bit selfserving but was too funny to cut out. So the Podcast of the Week is “Pagan Parents on the Edge” With Little Weasel and Fluffybunny.

I’m so glad we have been able to help out our friends in the jam that they found themselves in and I am once again reminded of the importance of being there for each other. When Oni called up and asked for help there was no stalling, no hesitation, as The Prophet says, “Your best is for your friends.” Be there and have no doubts about it and what friends and what a community we can be.

In this episode Fox and Arrowind use a wonderful series of correspondence with our listener Tilly to facilitate a discussion about the educational environment of our children and the educational environment at large. They respond to and expound upon the experiences Tilly and her husband had while attempting to get the education that they wanted for their son. About midway through the show Fox has a bit of a meltdown and goes off on a rant about some of his veiws on the public education system but he eventually calms down and the show gets back on track. It is such that we are very passionate about our attitudes toward our childrens education.

The podcasts of the week are two, “A Pagan Flavored Popcicle” and “A Pagan Podcast”. These are both great shows “PFP” is very experiential, which Fox loves in a podcast and the latter, “APP” is informational in a very eclectic sense. These are the first two podcasts that Fox has really quickly consumed in his renewed quest to catch back up on his podcast listening. Check them out as they are definitely worth the time.

As stated in the show we are having hoster issues and fervently hope that they will not end up adversely affecting the show. But the warning is out there now and we are hoping for the best outcomes possible. Lets keep our fingers crossed.

We didn’t get much feedback from the last show and as this was a bit of a different format I’m hoping that everyone enjoyed it. We’d like to do it again but will wait to see if the are any more positive responses. Let us know what you thought. Also if you get us on i-Tunes drop us a review. We’ll thank you and think well of you forever. i-Tunes has changed it’s set up yet again and we’d very much like to not get lost in the shuffle, your reveiws have a way of keeping that from happening. Thanks in advance.

I spent several blisteringly hot and sweaty days hepling a friend move and was once again reminded of the importance of being there for our friends and community. <itunes:summary>In this episode Fox and Arrowind use a wonderful series of correspondence with our listener Tilly to facilitate a discussion about the educational environment of our children and the educational environment at large.

The podcasts of the week are two, "A Pagan Flavored Popcicle" and "A Pagan Podcast". These are both great shows "PFP" is very experiential, which Fox loves in a podcast and the latter, "APP" is informational in a very eclectic sense.

We didn't get much feedback from the last show and as this was a bit of a different format I'm hoping that everyone enjoyed it. We'd like to do it again but will wait to see if the are any more positive responses. Let us know what you thought. Also if you get us on i-Tunes drop us a review. We'll thank you and think well of you forever. i-Tunes has changed it's set up yet again and we'd very much like to not get lost in the shuffle, your reveiws have a way of keeping that from happening. Thanks in advance.

I spent several blisteringly hot and sweaty days hepling a friend move and was once again reminded of the importance of being there for our friends and community. Lets all be there for each other. Remember "No matter where you're at, there you are." I love that quote and think it is one of those accidently deeper than originaly imagined things. Everyone take care.

In this episode Fox and Arrowind have as guests long time friends, Aluna and Angelface. We have a roundtable discussion loosely based on an examination of how our spiritual beliefs are intimately connected to our personal lives. We had a number of adult beverages and so the conversation roams this way and that but we had a grand time. We talk about Paganism, clothing, sex, and Earth politics among other things. There are a few odd moments in the editing and an awkward jump from sex to the Apocolypse. I also had a struggle with the levels with four people all talking at once so I hope everything is clear enough. Some really great points were made and I’d hate for them to be lost in the jumble of voices. There is no Podcast of the Week this week as before the edit there was almost an hour of show. had I known it would distill down to an half an hour I would have included it. Oh well live and learn.

Thank you all for the e-mails and welcome backs. It’s been wonderful to be back and hear from so many of you. I think things are back on track now and once we get some server issues worked out we should be cruising good.

As usual I’ve heard, lately, from friends with a few problems in their lives. If nothing else I do my best to provide a sympathetic ear and a shoulder to lean on. If we could all be there for each other to lean on no one would ever be able to knock us down. Lean and be there to be leaned on. Everone take care and stay tuned for more.

In this episode Foxfire and Arrowind attempt a microcosim/macrocosim discusion of some aspects of the Pagan community compared through the lense of their festival experiences. We touch on kids, family and community, drumming, workshops and learning and a few other subjects. Yeah, I know it seems as if we’re going to talk about the kids forever but we do eventually get on to other topics. Fox was in a bit of a wishy-washy mood so there may not always be the most consice conclusions to some of the topics. We often think that just talking has more value than concluding. Sometimes.

The podcast of the week is “Standing stone and Garden Gate” With Dr. Brendan Myers. Fox goes a little fanboy on this one but if you’ll check it out you’ll see why. Definitely a must listen.

Thank you for all the great correspondence from the last two episodes. It is the mutual, open examination of ideas, whether they match up or not, that make the Pagan community so wonderful. Please keep writting and I’ll do my very best to keep up with everybody. If I somehow have not responded to an e-mail of yours please write back and tell me so. I get a little lost in the world at times and lose track of my place in it and even, sometimes, my connections to others. If you get us at i-Tunes, please write us a review. It is those reviews that I think are responsible for many listeners checking us out. It seems, somewhat, to make up for our technical inability to get listed on some of the other podcatcher directory sites.

Once again life has been a bit of a struggle here but the show is helping us out. I hope that it is helping you out and as a group we can be there to help out others around us. Take care of yourselves.

Hi it’s us again already. In this show, after a change of routine that had Foxfire going to a festival by himself and Arrowind staying home we discuss the subject of inspiration. It’s strange that such a dramatic shake-up drove such an inspirational upwelling. We talk about what inspires us from an everyday view to what drives us to do the show itself. Everybody draws some kind of inspiration from somewhere and it differs from person to person. We hope you enjoy our take on it.

Again, as with the last show, a heartfelt thank you to everyone who wrote and looked out for us during our absince. Thank you. We are feeling remotivated and with a upcoming trip to a festival (yes it’s a whole family thing this time) we expect to be feeling more and more inspired. So here’s to a more timely occurence of episodes. Hope everyone enjoys this back to back release of shows.

We seemed to have dropped entirely off the pages at i-Tunes. I guess that’s what happens when you don’t put a show out for three months. If you get us at i-Tunes and have the time, drop us a review and/or a comment as I think that that’s one of the main page placement methodologies they use. Make it a good one and we’ll thank you all greatly.

As usual we’re all going through something and could all use a hand from each other. Lets all keep our friends, family, and others in our thoughts and we should all make it ,,,,, with each others love that is.

This episode was actually recorded in February just after the Olympics but time, as they say, has a way of getting away from us. The many twists and turns in life have been taking their toll but we are working to get on top of things. The next show, which will be out in the next couple of days will spell things out a little more completely.

I want to say a special thank you to all of you who have writen and asked how we were doing and the show of concern therein. Thank you! We are alright and life may now be settling down enough to get things back on an even keel. Honestly we had forgotten just how much we love doing the show and it was a bit of a struggle to get restarted, that may reflect in the show. Hopefully we didn’t sound quite as clunky as I fear.

There are so many good things out there and focusing on them while remaining aware of the other potentials is good for all of us. Everybody take care and be there for everybody else and we should get by.

The show was recorded New Years eve, late, and with a larger than usual inclusion of adult beverages. As such there are a few sloppy moments such as when Fox forgets the name of Talma Stormphoenix’s Show which really is “The Stormphoenix Perspective” Sorry Talma. We were having a bit of fun so , hey, what can I say

There is also just a huge list of shows that should have made the shout out list and if we’ve forgot yours drop us a line and let us know.

The new year has begun and I for one am determined to make it the best one yet in many aspects of my life. I hope everyone can do the same. I’ll probably be pushing the power of positive thinking a lot this year. Lets hope so, at least, since I can be a rather curmudgundly type of person at times (and that’s being generous).

Wow the year has just seemed to absolutely screamed past and here we are at Yule again. No seriously deep thoughts about Santa or much of anything else this year. We are busier than Elves around here and the stress levels are rather high so Foxfire and Arrowind took the easy way out. They settle down for a casual conversation on a variety of Yule topics. The TV specials they have loved for years, the emotions and stress of the season, and some of the ways and whys of how they combine their celebrations of Yule and Christmas are a few of tonights topics.

On a different note I wanted to Thank again everyone who has taken the time to write this year. The correspondence that I’ve managed to keep up with (and the stuff i’ve only had time to read) has been some of the best we’ve ever had. The new reviews at i-Tunes have been astounding and quite humbling as well. Thank you all so much. Keep them coming and we’ll do our best to live up to the high praise and expectations. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!

You might have also noticed during the show that Foxfire has been having a few stress issues this season. Along with those have come the usual dropped balls and miscues. If I’ve accidentally dropped a correspondence or stepped on a toe or two? Please forgive me. Stay in touch and I’ll do the best (as weak as that may sometimes be) I can to keep up. You guys are great!

No podcast of the week this week as I just haven’t had any time to listen. Ugh, it’s just that simple. I am sooooo behind. Do this though. Just randomly download one of the shows you’ve never heard of before. Make it someone who’s just started out and barely has any shows out, you know maybe just 1-2 episodes, and give them a chance. Drop them a line if you liked it and let’s all encourage a great voice from the varieties of the Pagan community here on the net.

Finally, it’s the season ……… for so many things. Let’s all look out for each other and keep Yule as positive as we can. Remember Santa’s always watching and even if you don’t believe, you’ll still have to look at yourself in the mirror eventualy. Take care everybody, of yourselves and each other,

Merry Yule and a Blessed, Happy Season to Everyone.

<itunes:summary>Wow the year has just seemed to absolutely screamed past and here we are at Yule again.

The correspondence that I've managed to keep up with (and the stuff i've only had time to read) has been some of the best we've ever had. The new reviews at i-Tunes have been astounding and quite humbling as well. Thank you all so much. Keep them coming and we'll do our best to live up to the high praise and expectations. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!

In this episode we tackle a couple of things seeing as to how it’s been a whole month since we last dropped a show. Fresh from getting the power back on after the “November Nor’easter” Foxfire has a number of things on his mind about how spoiled we are as modern Pagans and civilized folk in general. Having the power go out made him want to communicate some ideas to the kids and they just felt so right that he had to get them on the show as well. Our ancestors were an amazing bunch.

Also on this episode, since we were in the groove, we read parts of an e-mail sent to us by Fire Lyte of the “Inciting a Riot” blog and podcast. The e-mail asked specific questions about our parenting styles as they relate directly to our Paganism. We’ve been wanting to do this for some time now but as some of you know it’s been one thing after another here at the PPOTE household lately.

Just my talking about Fire Lyte’s blog and podcast, “Inciting a Riot” is as close as we get to a podcast of the week segment this week as it was reeaaalllyyyyy late by the time we got near the end of the show. But don’t let that throw you. Fire Lyte’s show is fantastic and has become one of my must listen to shows. Give it a shot he’ll definitely make you think.

We’re sorry it’s taken so long to get this episode out. We’re struggling to get back to the old schedule of once every two weeks. We’ll just have to see what happens. Because of all the chaos and discontinuity around here I’ve dropped a few balls and if your correspondence is one of them please write me back. Something has been up with the computer and it’s giving me fits and starts about being on line. I think its fixed at this point but I’m unsure of what has been affected in the meantime.

Every one take care of yourselves and keep an eye out for each other. I was reminded in the fate of a neighbor during the storm that even if there’s not a thing that you can do sometimes just being there makes all the difference

Blessed Be

In this episode Arrowiind and Foxfire talk about their return to the way of the Pagan festival. We describe the great time we had going to the Mabon Mountain Mysteries festival after being away from the festival scene for a year. We discuss our meeting Gavin and Yvonne Frost for the first time and the workshops we attended. We have a short moment complianing about some types of festival issues we dislike but spend the majority of the show wallowing around in the wonderful feelings being there filled us with. We would like to here say a special thank you to all the presenters and folks that made this fantastic event take place.

The Podcast of the Week is “Nubia Godess Rising” with it’s wonderful host Imahku. We got to meet her at the festival as well and she was just a wellspring of positive vibes and knowledge. The show has a primarily Egyptian and Santerian type of bent but even if these are not your paths the knowledge here is amazing. Check it out, you’ll probably learn something that you didn’t know and Imahku’s deep sense of the wise is outstanding.

Despite how things have gone recently I’m beginning to get back on top of things. My correspondenes seem to be all caught up so if I still owe you a letter please write and remind me as some details may have gotten lost in the shuffle. I apologize. We’re still working on making the shows schedule more stable but it’s not there yet and it will be a while longer until we’re back to the every two week show. We have plenty to talk about, it’s just finding the time.

Thanks again for all the emails and support. Thanks to everyone for the reviews at i-Tunes, we so love those. And finally just thanks for spending time with us. Every one take care and look out for each other. We can each of us be a “shoulder to cry on” to someone out there if need be.

In this episode Arrowind and Fox talk about some of the arrangements in their social lives and how that effect how they organize their broomclosets. Are we in? Are we out? And just where is that light switch? We discuss our varying levels of being out from both the personal and professional, past and present veiwpoints. No great revelations here just an example of how we’ve lived through some of our Pagan existance.

As so of you who are closer to or a part of the PPOTE family already know, Foxfire has lost his job. We are still a bit out of sorts over this and it’s absolutely amazing how ideas and emotions have been rip roaring around in our heads since it happened. As a conscienquence(sp) we are not entirely sure how this will effect the show. It is quite likely that the erratic schedule of the past Summer will become even more unpredictable. We are not however making any plans to stop producing and I want make sure that is clear to everyone. We love you all and are too thankful for your time in listening to just drop out on you. We just got back from a lovely little festival where we got to meet Gavin and Yvonne Frost and Imahku (of the podshow “Nubia Godess Rising”) and are just brimming over with new topic ideas for the show. So if it seems as if we’ve been overly long between episodes, well, hey, drop us a line as we’re still srtuggling with several things due to recent events and might could use a friendly reminder.

No podcast of the week this week as I’m waayyy!!!! behind on listening to all my favorite shows. I’m also behind on my correspondence and probably owe several of you letters. I so apologize. I’m working on new ways to arrange my life and I’ll get on top of things as soon as possible.

The are still some issues being worked out with the new mic so there may be a few sound quality issues. I’m working on it as I’m having to learn a couple of new things to go along with said new microphone.

Arrowind and Foxfire wrap up the topic of magical tools in this the second part of last episode. We cover a few more tools and then decide we had better stop before it became a three part show. Being unused to going on so long and recording as we generally do, late at nite, you may be able to tell that we getting a little tired near the end. Trust me it’s definitely not a lack of enthusiam.

The Podcast of the Week this time is “The i-Pod Witch” with it’s totally charming hostess Brook. Brook brings a down home sense of style and feel of genuine love of her spirituality to her show. She gives gemstone information and reviews books and other podcasts. She also rambles along about her life in a way that is very sincere and her “rambles” may be the most addictive part of her show. Check her out she is so worth the listening time.

The subject of tools was brought to us by one of our listeners and we got so involved with it that it became a two part episode. In this episode Arrowind and Foxfire talk about some of their favorite tools. We discuss what they mean to us and some of the ideas on how we use them. We touch on cauldrons, swords and daggers, wands, staffs and a few other things. We really enjoyed talking about this especially after a longer string of deep episodes. Part 2 should be dropping in the next couple of days. It all depends on the editting time. We’re using a new microphone and it’s thrown off all my limited editting knowledge. I’m hoping that the new mic will make the episodes sound better than they were before. Drop us a line and let us know.

<itunes:summary>The subject of tools was brought to us by one of our listeners and we got so involved with it that it became a two part episode. We're using a new microphone and it's thrown off all my limited editting knowledge. I'm hoping that the new mic will make the episodes sound better than they were before. Drop us a line and let us know.

Take care and we'll see part2 soon!

Blessed Be

Arrowind and Foxfire have often thought of themselves as a different kind of people. They feel the same way about the Pagan community at large. In this episode we try and give some examples of why we feel this way. Yeah I know it seems like we’re going to rant about our jobs for the whole show but trust me it comes together in the end. We attempt to point out the differences between the larger part of the Pagan community and what Fox refers to as The Sheeple”. Arrowind and I went back and forth a bit on whether or not we should publish this episode as it seemed like it might be to “ranty”. I decided to post it as it just felt real to me. I hope the ideas came across. Please let us know.

The Podcast of the Week this week is “Get Out of the Broom Closet” with the host Drake Atlas. I’m really enjoying this show as Drake seems to be willing to cover some topics that others won’t touch. His show on Satanism was excellent. Check it out it’s pretty good!

I know that we’ve been really erratic with show’s schedule this Summer. The only excuses I can make are the facts that we’re are still dealing with Arrowind’s schedule and trying to spend some extra quality time with the kids during the Summer break. Hopefully we’ll be back on top of it soon and I’d like to have a new show out this weekend. We have several new ideas in the pocket and I’d also like to get another interview with friends type of show going as well.

As usual take care of yourselves and let all look out for each other.

Arrowind and I talk about some things we appreciate about the television but mostly we mildly rant about the things we don’t like. For some reason I can’t really tell if it was or wasn’t exactly what I wanted to get out there but I’m hoping it’s okay. We talk about our early childhood television experiences and how we attempt to control and monitor the experiences of Thunderwolf and Featherwind. In the process we cover a bit of ground in between. There’s no podcast of the week this week as Arrowind and I were so exhausted. What can I say “It’s been a long week.”

As a side note our microphone seems to be dying. I’ve tried to edit up some of the audio problems but some are still apperent. Sorry folks. We’re looking into a new mic in the near future. If audio quality suffers some in the mean time please forgive us. We’ll get on top of it as soon as possible.

Thanks to everyone for listening, for the comments and e-mails, and the new reviews and ratings at i-Tunes. They are so very much appreciated. It does feel pretty good and keeps us both motivated to know that this show is being well recieved. Thank you all again. Drop us a line, a comment to Myspace, and/or a review at i-Tunes.

On a bit of a lark we decided to interview a few of our dearest friends when we got together for a bit of a family picnic. I just love hearing the experiences of others along the path and hoped that everyone would be interested in some new voices. We had a great cookout, drank ,many adult beverages, and then captured some wonderful conversations for the show. Let us know what ya’ll think as we’d really like to do more of this in the future. Maybe not quite as long

I wanted to quickly apologize for the lack of contact and the lateness of the shows recently. We’re in this whole home improvement stage and between that, the bank, the job, the economy, and a number of other minor but annoying issues (computer stuff among others) we’ve just been swamped. Hopefully we’re coming back around. Thanks for hanging with us and I wanted to say thanks to Kate for the support.

There’s no Podcast of the Week or Living Out Loud segement but we plan to get back to formatt next show. We also got our hoster issues sorted out and that should get things back on track as well.

WOW!!!!! I am so sorry folks I have no idea what happened, when it happened, or how it happened. It was either Podbean or Filezilla. I hope I’ve got it fixed now. If not I’ll have to try again tomorrow.

Arrowind has been wanting to do a show on Pagan values for a while now and here it is. They talk about Her’s and Foxfire’s own personal interpretations of Pagan values and how those mix with personal values. We talk some about the kids and how we’re trying to hand down our values and give them the means to make their own value judgements. We tried to do this before but it ended up being a show about morals and ethics and just wasn’t really where we wanted to go with the topic. It’s in the background but hasn’t been editted yet so I’m not sure what wil become of it. We’ve got some upcoming descisions about our hosting account to make before we decide what to do about it.

I want to thank everyone who’s downloaded the show and I hope you’re all enjoying it. A special thanks goes out to the anonimous(sp) person who left the very first show rating on the Podbean site. We were so excited to see that. Also thank you to everyone who has added reveiws to the i-tunes page. It really means alot!

Speaking of i-Tunes, I really am hoping to hear from anyone else who’s noticed the weirdness going on there. It just seems discriminatory in a religious/spiritual way and I’m trying to figure out how hard to push this issue.

I hope Spring has sprung for everyone and that everyone is there for everyone else. You know, a hand to lend, a shoulder to cry on, and so on and so on. Take care of yourselves.

Busy,,,,,,,, I mean what else can I say? Between job stress, financial stress, the system trying to gt it’s claws into us, and a wide variety of other distractions it’s been tough to get recorded and posted on time. Well we’ll just keep on keeping on.

In this episode Arrowind and Foxfire take a bit of a ramble through several things including our most recent Oestara celebration and our feelings on the personal connection between it and the Easters of the past. We talk some about our view on how some things are going to hell in a handbasket and how both corporations and the media have a hand in it. They fess’ up about the rough road the raw diet has been and their struggles with that . Oh and possibly some other stuff.

Our podcast of the week this week is THE MAGICAL EARTH. A podcast that Fox quite enjoys featuring Cliff, Susan, Jancithe (did that get spelled right?) and Alex (I’m so sorry I forgot during the show, I’ve tried to set it right by getting it right for the shownotes). You can find them at Themagicalearth.blogspot.com Drop them a line and say Hi.

Also at the end of the show, after receiving an e-mail that seemed a bit……………… snarky?!? (honestly I just wasn’t really sure of how to take it and felt a bit hurt somehow by the flavor of it) Fox waxes on again about some of the reasons and feelings behind what the show is about and why we’re doing it. Tolerance, acceptance, and love.
